Hey, My name is Fadeke Banjo, and I am the face behind this black Natural hair blog 'My Natural Crown and I'.  I am a current journalist student, I love to draw in my spare time and I love all things black natural hair. 

The inspiration behind the name of this blog comes from the idea that just like a Queen or King wears a crown proudly, so should black women, girls, and women of colour, should wear their natural curls, coils, kinks and locs with pride. I started this blog to share my natural hair journey and the lessons I have learned over the years and share some advice for those new to the natural hair community and who are on a journey of embracing their natural hair. This blog will also include honest, natural-hair product reviews, commentary on current natural hair trends and topics, and so much more.
