Hi, my name is Olufadeke, but most people know me as Florence or Flo for short (this is my middle name ). Welcome to my blog. I'm the face and writer behind this blog.

I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself and a little background about this blog. I am a British Nigerian navigating my 20s, I'm also a freelance journalist, blog writer, journalism master's graduate, and content creator. I started this blog in the unforgettable year of 2020. Along with starting this blog during the pandemic I also completed my master's in Journalism during this time. I am a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, and I love to eat, listen to old-school music, write, and draw. I have a Batchelor's in Public Health, but It was during the global pandemic and UK lockdowns that I made the decision to pursue a completely different career path in journalism.

Why this change in career paths, you may ask? This will be revealed throughout this blog as I document my journey to journalism with you guys and so much more. I hope you enjoy this blog.
